My helperWell, sitting in favorite no name street restaurant for my favorite Thai food...Pung Bong Pai Dang..which is stir fried morning glory in garlic and oyster sauce...over rice. Love this dish. Ate it in Vietnam in Jan and Feb last year during bike trip and can't seem to get enough of it in Thailand either.
I finally figured out how to post pics on this site, so here are several taken of the other night. 2 are of the elephants wandering around town in the evening, and the other is my bike helper who so graciously volunteered the other night to help me assemble the bike.
